The store is supposedly going to deliver item. Spoke with Corporate who stated they spoke with manager ****** who also denied refund. Was told by manager ******** that refund had to be requested to Corporate. No offer of weekend delivery - I Requested refund and denied. No calls were attempted to recipient by store or driver.Call placed by customer to store on February 18 to inquire about delivery. Noone was available to collect item.Customer notified via email on February 17 of delivery unsuccessful. Store attempted delivery on 17th without notification to Recipient before, during or after, to ensure someone was home. Manager could not provide an answer only Suggested that recipient pick up their own gift 45min away even after delivery fee was already paid. Prior to closing I placed Call to store, spoke with Manager ******** who stated she did not know why no documentation or notice of delivery if it was made or attempted. Prior to delivery on Feb 13-Recipient had emergency -admitted to hospital. Call received from store staff stating unable to deliver as scheduled. This has caused a number of issues and I want to know if this is true that things were purchased in my name to contact people and when it occurred. I am also asking that a list of said accounts are provided to me. I also would like to know if someone used identifiers from my person or phone to create accounts. I am asking that any accounts created using my information are identified, flagged and deleted. In light of those issues there has been multiple reports that my personal information has been used to order Edible Arrangements in order to contact people. I also had another issue in which a social media account from another company was hacked that I had for 15 years. I recently experienced various forms of identity theft in which multiple forms of my personal information was stolen. I feel that it is bad business when a company cant answer their phone NO time during the day, morning, noon, or evening. I would like to have my money refunded, or either the fruit tray be delivered to the correct address. No one has called me to try to resolve the issue l would like to have the order delivered to the correct address of ******************************************************************* The recipient has not received the delivery. I have asked to speak with a supervisor and I was told he would give me a call back. He stated to me that he was submitting a request to the store, and sent me an email with a reference number *******. I called customer care three different times, and all *** kept saying was he sorry that he couldnt get any one to answer the phone either. It wasnt delivered to the proper address and I have tried for four days to contact store, left numerous voicemails. The amount was $52.86, for a fruit plate and the order number is W0112030378-1. The nature of my dispute is that I placed an order to be delivered on the 16th of March from a location in DC.
